Wow. What a finish to an incredibly close year in fantasy. This league just get keeps more and more competitive.

The BSC was decided in as close a finish as the division was all season. With Andrew Gustin losing his game against Nickolas Hansen, it opened up the door for both Nelson and John Scallon to win it. Scallon gave it his absolute all, but couldn't overcome the Night Man, losing a heartbreaker in MNF 136.06 - 138.74. Scallon could not ultimately rebound after his 0-4 start. His drafting of double suspension pair of Le'Veon & Brady created one of the best teams the league has ever seen once they came back, but it was too little too late, and losing two very tight games to close the season keeps one of the top championship contenders from the playoffs. Appreciate your gamble this year, Scallon.

Scallon's loss meant Nelson had his shot, if Chris Duncan were to lose, but that was dashed when Andrew Luck was pulled from Monday's game and Duncan's win provailed. Nelson was eliminated despite having the highest scoring team in the league, which is especially bizzare when you see he had the 7th easiest schedule this year. Looking at his schedule tells a truer tale; however, for when he won this year his opponents averaged just 95.4 PPG, but when he lost his opponents averaged a whopping 143.3 PPG. He played the highest scoring team in 3 of his losses. That's fantasy for you. Draft the best team in the world, and you still can lose to Lady Luck. Thanks for making the BSC so competitive this year, Nelson.

With a 4 way 6-7 tie, the first tiebreaker is head-to-head, which narrows it down to Gustin and Duncan, as they are both 2-1 in the division. The 2nd tiebreaker is average points, which gives Gustin the advantage, and him the Boy Scout Cyclone division championship for the third straight year, although never as closely as this. Gustin is seeded #3 in playoffs.

As mentioned above, Nick won his game as did the Night Man, but with the latter winning the de facto championship last week against Nickolas, the Night Man takes the Cul-de-Sack division championship in back to back years as well as the #2 seed in the playoffs, earning an important bye week, and Nickolas grabs the #1 wildcard spot as the #5 seed.

The DTDB was decided in what must have been a sigh of relief for Jordan Richards, who despite suffering a four game losing streak to put his divisional lead in jeopardy, won thanks to a Day Man loss, making Richie's JV your DTDB Champions. Anton William Reiter is eliminated from winning back-to-back division titles. Thanks for keeping things interesting! He will have the #4 seed.

The game of the week was an intense affair that came to a climactic conclusion Sunday evening. David Johnson was the deciding factor in this matchup, carrying Tanner Ewoldt to a 129.12 - 121.26 victory over Curtis Alexander Guzman. David Johnson was the highest scoring player of the week for the 3rd time this season, personally responsible for $15 in weekly winnings to Ewoldt and more importantly, personally responsible for getting Ewoldt to the playoffs for the first time ever as the #6 seed. This is the 2nd time Curtis has lost a wild card play-in game. Thanks for always being a fighter, Guzman.

The BSC finishes strong as finishes the regular season as the top division in the IFL, followed closely by X-IA.

Division Overall W-L:
BSC: 455-324
X-IA: 436-344
