5 coaches bit the dust in Week 11, and so we now give a league-wide salute to these brave men:

  • Scallon
  • Joe
  • Chris
  • Hunt
  • Jesse

May you find TC well in your IFL graves. ⚰️

It's a real tragedy.

Speaking of TC and his grave, he is now taking teams down with him. This week, his victim was Scallon, who lost a heartbreaker 117.70 - 125.90, and lost his playoff chances as well. TC had the brilliant play of the LA Chargers DEF, who caused 6 turnovers against the Bills, and put up 25.7 pts. Goff had an uncharacteristic performance against the Vikings, and it cost Scallon his season.

Joe and Chris both had epic comebacks in MNF to keep their season alive, beating Nick 112.60 - 110.38 and Ewoldt 103.14 - 93.38 respectively, but they playoff hopes were also dependent on Drew losing his game against Hunt. Despite Hunt's best effort, and a $7.50 dollar performance from Antonio Brown, Drew was too relentless, and veterans Brees and Larry's 45 and another 28.5 from the Ravens DEF were too much. With the Ghost of Stonewall Jackson prevailing, Chris, Joe and Scallon all fell.

The Game of the Week played out to the Gingers wildest dreams, whose 96 combined points from Wilson, Allen, and the Jaguars DEF launched them to league-high for the week of 167.04 pts, a division title and a first-round bye in the playoffs. Not to mention a league-record nine straight wins for the season.

Not a big deal. I don't know why I even mentioned it, really.

Curtis's 109.39 pts weren't nearly enough, and the loss knocks Curtis out of contention for winning his first division title, and a crucial first-round bye that he desperately needed given his Zeke situation.

Elsewhere in the IFL, a big upset that keeps things interesting came courtesy the 2016 Champ, Brady, and TC's SICK Fantasies who pulled off the surprise upset against Nelson. Brady got ample production from Big Ben, Cooks, and the Falcon's DEF, whereas Nelson's had quiet games from Diggs and Engram and a goose from Crosby. The win for Brady puts him one game back in X-IA, thanks to Ewoldt's simultaneous loss this week. Brady holds the tiebreaker, if he make it even in the next two weeks.

Nelson, meanwhile is now tied for control of the BSC with Gustin at 7-4, but does hold the tiebreaker.

The Bellhops move to 8-3 after burying Kelce if you can 134.46 - 90.68, and need one more win to clinch their division.

The Birds of WAR come up big in Week 11, eliminating Jesse from playoff play with a 135.3 - 87.04 win, and keeping themselves alive. They hold the tiebreaker of the Bellhops, so they can still win their division, and they also retain a shot at both wild card spots.

10 teams and 2 weeks left to go. The best part? 8 of these 10 teams play each other in Week 12. YAYAYAYAYAYA.

#2 & #3 gain slightly on #1, but X-IA remains firmly at the bottom of the barrel.

Division Overall W-L:
CdS: 368-292
DD&B: 344-316
BSC: 335-325
X-IA: 273-387

Chris bests everyone in Week 11, going 5 for 6, moving him into third place. Nick goes 50 / 50, dropping him out of the tie for first with Curtis. Jesse falters, going 2 / 6, dropping out of the 3rd place to 5th.
