A pair of intensely close games coming down to the final moments of Monday Night Football marked one of the most electric weeks of the season yet.

In the Game of the Week, what was supposed to be a shootout, turned into a wrestling match between infants, as the Flaming Red Hot Gingers and the Ghost of Stonewall Jackson had 13 total players that scored less than 10 points. The Gingers got just enough production from Freeman in SNF to make it look like an easy Monday Night Football victory, only 3 pts needed from Terrelle Pryor. Pryor made things unnecessarily close; however, receiving only 30 offensive snaps the whole game, and posting a goose egg in the first half, he finally caught two passes late in the game to put a dagger in the ginger of all gingers - Drew. The Ghost of Stonewall Jackson falls to 4-3, now two games back in the BSC. His namesake eeks it out to 6-1, remaining in a tie for first in the CdS, as the Mexi Turbo gets the league-high score for the 2nd week this year, stomping TC's SICK Fantasies 163.60 - 110.44.

The second of the pair to come down to the wire was a shootout, with a wild ten lead changes. The Bellhops created some separation at the end of the late games, going up by 20 pts over the Birds of WAR. Jord's James White got a clutch 15.70 pts in SNF, which set up the opportunity for Alshon Jeffery to win it in MNF. Jeffery had Jord biting his nails; however, he caught a second catch late in the game to put the Birds over the hump and make the comeback complete.

This snaps a four-game winning streak for the Bellhops, and is a tough division loss, particularly since only one team all season has score more points than the Bellhops this week and lost.

Coach Jack had this to say after the game: "It’s tough to not end up with a win after such a great effort from just about the entire group of guys, but the Birds of WAR had a great week and we’ve got to give them credit. This one stings especially badly coming from a team in our division, but there is no doubt in my mind we will remain at the top of DD & the Boys. We have put up some great numbers the past few weeks, and have no plans of slowing down one iota. A couple guys are on bye next week, but we are confident the rest of the team will step up to the plate to make absolute mincemeat of Brady’s Bench."

This was a huge win for Jord and the Birds of WAR, as they move to two games back in the DD&B, and prevent the Bellhops from running away with the division.

Hunt and Aaron's matchup looked to be going a different direction, but after the Broncos screwed the pooch against the Chargers, netting For Folks Sake just 15.68 combined points, this game became pretty manageable for Mr Ziemann with69 Kush Eunuchs. Thanks to a monster game from Carson Wentz in MNF, 31.02 pts, it was. Aaron bests Hunt 122.48 - 85.96. Taking advantage of Drew's loss, Aaron moves to a two game lead in the BSC.

The loss for Hunt makes thing really interesting in X-IA. Ewoldt also lost this week to Brat10, which means Jesse was the only winner this week from the division. So now we two teams at 3-4 (Hunt & Ewoldt), tied for division lead, and two teams at 2-5 (Jesse & Brady), right behind them.

Jesse's win, of course, meant that TC suffered another loss, and his first-year hazing continues. Dirty Mike and the Boys are now 0-7.

In an interview post-game TC had this to say: "It’s been a heartbreaking start to my IFL career, I still have nightmares of the Zach Miller touchdown that sealed my fate in week 5.  Although I’ve been blown out multiple times I have faith Steve Sarkisian will restore the dominant Falcons offense allowing Julio to once again dominate fantasy."

A dominant Julio would mean a lot, as he has averaged just 14.4 PPG through the first 7 weeks, and were he to up it to say, his 2015 average of 23.4 PPG, that would put TC's team PPG to nearly 120, which would be tough to beat. At only four games back from a wild card spot, TC's season ain't over yet.

Dirty Doc & the Boys go big this week, and the BSC does commendable, both divisions gaining ground on the CdS. X-IA is just trying to not get buried.

Division Overall W-L:
CdS: 232-188
BSC: 225-195
DD&B: 214-206
X-IA: 174-246

Perhaps the most impressive Pick 'Em week ever, came from Jord this week, going 4 for 4 with a player poll in the MNQ. Dead on.🎯 Only two other Pickers got even 3 right, which allowed Jord to jump 5 spots to #5. Curtis goes 50/50 this week and remains atop the pile.
